Spring 2021    

  • New freshman arriving to RISD for the first time will have packages that arrive prior to February 10th placed in their room.
  • All students will NOT have access to the mailroom during quarantine.
  • If you have a prescription arriving during quarantine, please contact Health Services.
  • Supplies ordered through the RISD store will be delivered to dorms during quarantine.
  • After quarantine you must reserve a pick-up time via the QLess App to access the mailroom.

Spring semester hours will be Monday – Friday 8 am – 7 pm

Please note that the mailroom does not accept market packages (e.g., from grocery stores, Amazon Marketplace, etc.)

Wintersession

Beginning Monday 12/21, the mailroom will be open Monday – Friday from 8am – 3pm. This will be for the duration of Wintersession.


We will be closed 12/24 – 12/26 and 12/31 – 1/2.
